At Bicycle Warehouse, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's the wrong fit or not the right part, our goal is to get you back on the trail as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
