All bikes are professionally tuned and tested before being partially disassembled for secure shipping. They arrive in a heavy-duty bike box with all necessary tools and instructions for easy final assembly.
What is your return policy on cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors are subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer financing for high-end mountain and road bikes?

How do I know which frame size is right for me?

Every bike we sell is covered by a full manufacturer's warranty on the frame and components. Bicycle Warehouse also provides a 1-year limited warranty on assembly and adjustments.
